Dispute over the ownership of a property, 1914
Mirza Ibrahim, the son of Mulla Ahmad, and Karbalayi Najaf have a dispute over the ownership of a property known as ‘Abd al-Rahman. Mirza Ibrahim claims that he has inherited the property from Zaynab Khanum and Najaf claims that he has purchased the property. Mirza Ibrahim agrees to settle the issue if Karbalayi Najaf is able to prove his transaction.

Settlement about garden, 1924
Settlement between the daughter of Haji Aqa ‘Ali (wife of the late Haji Mirza Sayyid Ahmad Khan) [Bibi Sakinah?] and Navvabah ‘Illiyah [Zinat al-Hajiyah?], daughter of Haji Mirza Sayyid Ahmad Khan (wife of Aqa Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali). This settlement to divide a garden was reached due to a dispute between the two as they both claimed ownership of the property.

Settlement between Muhammad Baqir's daughters and Aqa Muhammad, 1770
Aqa Muhammad, the son of ‘Aziz from Khvurasgan, claims that he inherits four-sixth of the house known as Talar in Khvurasgan, but Bibi Nisa’, Mihr Nisa’, and Baygum Khanum, the daughters of Aqa Muhammad Baqir, deny this. The dispute is resolved with the following settlement: Aqa Muhammad's share is 2.5 out of 6 shares of the house, and the share of Muhammad Baqir's daughter is 3.5 out of 6 shares. Khatun's settlement, 1926
Aman Allah Khan claims, on behalf of Khatun, the daughter of Karbalayi Asad Allah, that Asad Allah’s sons had sold Mashhadi Mahmud a property that was in fact the inheritance of Khatun. Taymur, the son of Mashhadi Mahmud, refuted this claim on his and his brothers’ behalf. Khatun ultimately settled her and her sisters (Jamilah and Hamilah)'s claims over their shares of the inheritance in exchange for two tumans.

Dispute about Fatimah Khanum's share of inheiritance
